Refund policy
Due to hygiene reasons, we ask you to carefully choose your headwear, caps and accessories as we offer no refunds or exchange. Our team will be happy to help you with finding the right products for you prior to your purchase.
For faulty items please contact us via email siennathelabel@outlook.com.au within 10 days of receiving a faulty item. Once we have reviewed your matter, an exchange may be considered. We reserve the right to refuse exchange or refund upon review.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
